2.5 Hour sail for up to six passengers from the Harborage at Ashley River Marina, 33 Lockwood Drive, Charleston. (Six passengers is a legal limit.)
Passengers are welcome to bring any food or drink—please no red wine or anything stains or is messy.
Amazing views of Fort Sumter, The Battery, USS Yorktown, Castle Pinckney and the iconic Ravenel Bridge.
Public Sail
Individual spots available for $125. Join a group of up to six passengers for a fun and safe sailing experience around Charleston Harbor.
The Private and Public sailboat tours are a great way to spend a relaxing day on the water in Charleston SC.
With the Private tour you will have the boat to yourself and with the Public tour you will share the boat with other guests. Maximum 6 guests with either option.

SV Mental Heeling is a 1988 Catalina 30 MKII. As a vintage model, her classic lines and teak finishes give that traditional nautical feel. Her overall length is 30 feet allowing each guest plenty of choices for a great spot to relax. Get an elevated view from one of the aft stern perches or relax on the bow, which provides space for all guests to spread out and relax.

What a fun way to see Charleston!! The Captain was a cool guy and knew a good bit about the area. Drinks and an amazing sunset on a cool boat! What more could you want? Would definitely recommend anyone and everyone do this when visiting Charleston.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION
After a brief safety speech, we will shove off the dock and head into the scenic Charleston Harbor.
As we raise the sails and turn the engine off, you'll immediately feel the relaxation set in and discover why the sailboat is named Mental Heeling.
You'll be involved as much (or as little) as you prefer as we navigate the Harbor together. Tacking and gybing our way to the various landmarks including: Fort Sumter, The Battery, USS Yorktown, Castle Pinckney and the iconic Ravenel Bridge.
Guests under the age of 13 will be required to wear a life jacket per the US Coast Guard. I will have adult and child life jackets onboard.
